1. Reseller dürfen das ICANN oder das ICANN-Accredited Registrar Logo auf ihrer Website nicht darstellen, oder sich anderweitig als von ICANN anerkannter Registar ausgeben, außer es liegt eine schriftliche Genehmigung durch ICANN vor.
    
2. Registrierungsvereinbarungen, oder -verträge, die von Resellern verwandt werden, müssen die Registrierungsbedingungen und Regelungen des „ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement“ und alle „ICANN Consensus Policies“ beachten. Des weiteren muss der betreuende Registrar ausgewiesen werden, oder Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt werden diesen in Erfahrung zu bringen.
    
3. Der Registrar muss Kunden auf Anfrage mitgeteilt werden.
    
4. Jegliche Vorschrift und Richtlinie der Icann, die ein Zulassungsprogramm ("Proxy Accreditation Program") für Individuen oder Entitäten, die Proxy und private Registrierungen ermöglichen, schaffen, müssen von Resellern eingehalten werden. Solch ein "Proxy Accreditation Program" kann unter anderem verlangen, dass
    
   1. Proxy und Privatregistrierungsservices nur bei Domainregistrierungen durch Icann akkreditierte Individuen oder Entitäten, gemäß solch einem "Proxy Accreditation Program", zur Verfügung gestellt werden darf.
   2. Reseller keine Registrierungen eines Providers, der nicht gemäß "Proxy Accreditation Program" Icann akkreditiert ist, zulassen dürfen. Bis zur Einführung eines "Proxy Accreditation Program" sind die "Privacy und Proxy Registrations"-Richtlinien einzuhalten.
       
5. Den Kunden der Reseller wird ein Link auf die ICANN Website mit Detailinformationen für Domaininhaber zur Verfügung gestellt.
    
6. Sollte der Registrar Kenntnis von Nichteinhaltung durch einen Reseller erhalten, müssen messene Maßnahmen zur Durchsetzung der genannten Punkte eingeleitet werden, um weitere Verstöße zu vermeiden.
    
7. Reseller müssen den Link zu ICANN's 'Registrant Benefits and Responisibilities' veröffentlichen und dürfen keinem anwendbaren Recht, oder den oben genannten Punkten zuwiderhandeln.

1. Resellers shall not display the ICANN or ICANN-Accredited Registrar logo, or otherwise represent themselves as Accredited by ICANN, unless they have written permission from ICANN to do so.
    
2. Any registration agreement used by reseller shall include all registration agreement provisions and notices required by the ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement and any ICANN Consensus Policies, and shall identify the sponsoring registrar or provide a means for identifying the sponsoring registrar, such as a link to the InterNIC Whois lookup service.
    
3. Resellers must identify the sponsoring registrar upon inquiry from the customer.
    
4. Resellers shall comply with any ICANN-adopted Specification or Policy that establishes a program for accreditation of individuals or entities who provide proxy and privacy registration services (a "Proxy Accreditation Program"). Among other features, the Proxy Accreditation Program may require that:
    
   
   1. proxy and privacy registration services may only be provided in respect of domain name registrations by individuals or entities Accredited by ICANN pursuant to such Proxy Accreditation Program; and
   2. Resellers will not knowingly accept registrations from any provider of proxy and privacy registration services that is not Accredited by ICANN pursuant the Proxy Accreditation Program. Until such time as the Proxy Accreditation Program is established, Registrar shall require Resellers to comply with the specification on Privacy and Proxy Registrations.
       
5. Resellers customers will be provided with a link to an ICANN webpage detailing registrant educational information.
    
6. In the event Registrar learns that a Reseller is causing Registrar to be in breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, Registrar shall take reasonable steps to enforce its agreement with such Reseller so as to cure and prevent further instances of non-compliance.
    
7. Resellers shall publish on their website(s) and/or provide a link to the Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities Specification and shall not take any action inconsistent with the corresponding provisions of this Agreement or applicable law.
